Very interesting reading. It is obvious that where there is mining of any sort, there is problems.
Hence the arguments in the Liverpool plains against BHP as well. It appears though, that currently BHP has been baulked and stopped dead on it's tracks by the Supreme Court for doing what they wanted to do.

And of course they are now claiming foul play because it is not as easy to get what they wanted, and what they used to be able to get. And that is proper and agreed consultation with all the parties involved in the matter, before they start.
