i joined a Telegram group mid 2020 to contest CHEL getting approval to takeover ( S444G compulsory aquisition of A40 shares ), and i put in $1,000 for legal fees with the deal being CHEL to refund fees if they lost the case - which they did. I got back my contribution. There were about 20 of us contributing - mostly from Singapore. We used a local lawer Douglas Cheveralls

So now there is talk of mounting another legal challenge - any thoughts ?
