    PLEASE ignore my ignorance, but even for the most fraudulent deal in the world Austroid still have to get a new DOCA in place, even if they try to acquire via a proxy?
    And this time they cannot prove that shares are worth nil value as in the previous DOCA?
    What loophole can they find to still get this "for free"? If there are to many scenarios please just ignore my question
