I really don't understand how they are entitled to the full (if any) of the $250mil. If they are in fact to be proved (which they have been) to be selling at significantly below market prices. The discounts received should be taken off the original debt PLUS WA government should chase Austroid for any royalties outstanding (based on market prices) PLUS the ATO on any further taxation to be charged.
