Correct me if I'm wrong, the DOCA is now officially dead. The S444GA share theft was a part of the DOCA and based on the shares having zero value.

It seems fairly hard to prove zero value now, which means the S444GA should be reversed.

If the S444GA is no longer valid, how can the value of the company be taken without shareholder approval?
