Yep, that was my understanding as well, that they can't increase their shareholding/equity (well done FIRB!). Can they still increase their stake as a creditor? ie, increase the amount of debt alita has with them.
The whole mess came about because Austroid in its previous form loaned them an amount they couldn't pay after an austroid aligned company defaulted on an offtake agreement.
Does "prohibited from increasing it's interest" mean they're no longer allowed to increase the amount of money that Austroid/Affiliates can lend to Alita?
