To releive a shock, even still a rumor, that NDRC's approval may accompany with a 50c condition, I turned off my computer and went for a sleep in the hope that what I learned was just a nightmare. In my dream, I was a fly but right there in the FIRB's final meeting on approving Hanglong's T/O. I frantically flipped and shouted - "make it a conditional approval on at least 65c deal". No one heard it of course. Now, I was wondering what NDRC's approval condition would be if I was heard.
A sad long term fly.
