JC,any third party can put an offer in between now and when the court order confirms that the scheme has been lodged with asic and asx.If the counter bidder/s offers more then this would top the Russian. This is how i read it and it details this in the 82 page announcement in November. FMS can't instigate negotiations but if people come to them what are they gonna do, tell then go away deal is done, i think not
