It has been mentioned previously by people much smarter than me that the FIRB rules were changed about the time of the first deadline and this may have been reason for the delay up till now.

This would indicate to me that this issue has already been addressed and effectively in motion and all we are waiting on is the Farminee to sign off at board level.

Who ever the Farminee is their offer was obvioulsy better that all other participants and we should all be excited by the prospect even if we must be patient to the day their identity is revealed.
