    Not quite MEO / Petrobras deal but should give some indication of FIRB process timeframe.

    Altona-CNOOC JV received FIRB approval yesterday for its Arcky basin project.
    21/4/10: Lodge FIRB application
    1/6/10: Receive FIRB approval (processing time 6 weeks)
