I was part of the legal challenge, organised and funded by over 100 holders, which amounted to nothing. I also personally drafted a letter of complaint outlining the clear corruption and inconsistencies in this whole saga, which was personally signed and sent by numerous holders to FIRB, of which we never even received the decency of a reply. We may have stood a chance if we had more numbers and rattled the cage a little louder. But some of us tried through all avenues within our means, and it still fell on deaf ears. Today is a different situation regarding the price of lithium. There may be options available, but most of us have written this debacle off as a stark reminder that the markets are like a mine field, littered with wolves and thieves.
