I suppose another issue is that NHC will get "screened" out by more and more funds as they come under pressure to invest ethically. SOL for instance get absolutely bombarded by protesters at their meetings over NHC and I think that's going to only get worse rather than better as time goes along and even their now getting screened out themselves due to having the majority stake.
