Just reading some of your posts after your SHL comments. Agree on this comment, but it is not easy or always successful. Have made 5 times or more on some of these deep value cases but have blown most of my initial capital on a number of others! Though NHC has excellent management and a conservative balance sheet so there is downside protection.
I have looked at this and put it in the too hard basket, plus I already have exposure through BKW.
