zwu....I have read the same posts and see a huge misunderstanding of the business by yourself and a few others.........the blind leading the blind........I believe unless you are sitting in on the meetings and understand the business and fundamentals.........you will not know where they are at........but if you did understand the working of the business of holding shopping malls, with quality assets, then like most others you would believe they can get out of this short term mess and continue to run a profitable business...............
the media are about selling news with a WOW factor, most of them do no have a clue either.........
