umm... and question... was there ever any doubt exactly how MUCH debt in total there was?

no?

was there ever any doubt that all the debt would be funded/paid back at normal rates over normal time frames?

no?


Im saying that Centro can and will cover the interest and capital payments on its debt at reasonable rates, and that means at rates even 2 or 3% above what they are now.

Ive yet to see anyone doubt the cashflow from the properties paying off the debts of the company over time.
