    I am sure the continued buying by Chinese investors of Australian property is not an issue then. No more Chinese in the buyers ranks so nothing to bleat about.

    Talk about the inability to differentiate between differing markets. In case the bears did not know , the Brits handed Hong Kong over and it is now part of China. Sure your Google fingers will help with that seeing you guys are so good with it.

    Plus if the China property market tanks , esp HK with really exorbitant prices that make ours look dirt cheap , they would be better advised to place their interests offshore.

    In fact , if anything it could drive these folk here and drive up prices further esp in the wealthier areas.
