I'm amazed anyone stills pays any attention to clearance rates given its a fraudulent self serving self reporting system whereby the data is supplied by real estate agents who can choose to report what ever they want.
Talk about conflict of interest! Anyone who disagrees-spend just one weekend attending as many auctions as you can and then see how many of the properties that get passed in somehow mysteriously fail to make it into the property data...
