For the rest , about selling the farm could not agree more with you, however the point that needs to be made is that places like Canada and New Zealand are stemming the flow and until we do we will have the real possibility whereby the sellers of that real estate in HK could come here whilst the door is open. Our relationship with the Chinese is a delicate one in that they buy huge amounts of iron ore etc , no need to tell you that , and they don't want to alienate the wealthy there as a result. Could be a while before that loophole to the Chinese is closed and articles like this only reinforce the fact that numbers buying may actually rise.
