    What are you talking about "downramping" - the biggest downramp has been the shareprice movement - no one has to say a word ... at the moment CNP is a very high risk stock ... the issue is one of debt and if you are not aware of the seriousness of the risk then you are blind to the facts ... don't compare the company to ALL etc .. the economic circumstances were different when it went sub $1.00 .... also the valuations on CNP etc are ludicrous primarily because no one but the senior officers have an idea of the complexity of the company structure ...
