fire sale price for monarch

what would a fire sale price be for monarch as it stands at the moment.not much compared to true value probable. considering that tty already own a fair percentage of shares not to mention cash injected into it, would a take over be worth considering by tty and maybe nobel as jv partners. i have no doubt that atm a lot of mon shareholders would probable jump at the chance to jump management.just a thought. hold shares in tty and feel much more confident with new managemant
