    The AKK Quarterly Report issued in January 2013 states that our Cooper Basin holding PEL 105 had the commitment from BPT for Beach to carry Austin for the first $1.75mill of drilling etc costs for the initial well...

    So the AKK sale price of $1.25mill was less than the value of the drilling commitment attached to the tenement .... ??
