    Are you saying that FFX is selling 80% of Goulamina to Dutch SPV?
    Then we keep 20% is that right? where is the Mali govts share?
    and are we getting a small percentage of $325 mill usd in value?

    not following it yet. doesnt seem like a good deal for holders.
