from my understanding they are buying 40% effectively for 130m USD aka 221m AUD - FFX shareholders will own the other 40% (same as above) 20% Mali government.
Works out to around 27.2c per share based on 812m SOI
I thought I read previously Mali government get 10% and can purchase another 10%...
iso above figures would vary a little of that is the case.
