So, what the official announcement and call should clear up is whether:
-Ganfeng buys outright for US$130m 50% of the shares of holdco from Firefinch (so that Firefinch get US130m in hand, any capital gain taxes in that case?)
or
-Ganfeng provides US$130m capital to holdco, and then Firefinch and Ganfeng hold each 50% in holdco, and holco holds 80% of the project and US130$.

In the latter case Firefinch sells half the project for US$65m to get Ganfeng as a partner, and not US130m, since both partners are then beneficial owners of the US$130m

I am trying to remember how Ganfeng en Lithium Americas structured this re. their j/v, but can't remember
