For those who are attending, when you're there virtually via the link to the meeting room the chair will call for a vote and you press a button on your computer to do so like the Computershare Online Meeting user guide says.

You will be submitting your votes in real time if attending physically or virtually. Otherwise you assign a proxy to place your votes.
