The meeting will always have a chairman, and the chairman’s votes are not his own - they are cast on your behalf according to your instructions. Only if you don’t give your proxy clear instructions for each resolution (i.e. you skip/leave blank a resolution by not marking it FOR or AGAINST or abstaining) then the chairman has discretion and in this case (as noted in the proxy materials) it will be used to vote AGAINST.
So long as you clearly mark your vote FOR each of the six resolutions then the chairman must vote your shares accordingly, whether he likes the voting choice or not.
