Otherwise it will arrive by post. Or try logging into your Computershare profile if you previously set one up. 28 August, plenty of time to cast your vote, but as with most things imo it is best to deal with it straight away so you don’t have to go hunting for the email or forget about it.

My advice is to take care when you go to appoint your proxy and vote (I imagine most will be selecting the chairman of the meeting by default) to *doublecheck* the number of shares that you are voting is correct and adds up to all of your various holdings. For those with multiple holdings (e.g. under different HINs, with different Brokers etc) you may need to do this process multiple times (and might even receive multiple emails or letters from Computershare - one per holding).

I am sure that bio details from the three nominated candidates will be available and circulating shortly. Notably FFX hadn’t sought this (and I guess they are not obliged to, except out of courtesy & for the sake of efficiency) before sending out the Notice of Meeting today.
