The new management team plan on ramping up the overall scale of the deposit, hence turning Ming Mine into a higher margin, longer life, up to 50ktpa produced Cu Eq operation.
They aren't in any rush to turn the plant back on, I recall hearing late 2020's as a re-start target timeline. Maybe they will restart the 500ktpa mill earlier, using cashflow to fund a ramped-up drilling program if Cu price makes a timely recovery?
