I use IE and firefox - firefox is great for having all windows open in tabs, so less space is used on the bottom bar. On HC, both have problems - I have noticed that ff does not highlight other posts in the chain, but I have learned to live with it - IE also has problems there, in that it highlights all future posts in a thread I previously viewed, whether I have viewed them or not.
Having paid Bill Gates a fortune for stolen, unfinished, bug-ridden software over the last 20 years, I would use ff (son of netscape, crushed by microsoft collusion and market muscle) even if it was inferior to IE.
I have to use IE for IG markets java window, as ff crashes when I attempt to trade - which has actually saved me money so far, but I have to stand on my own two feet...
