watso is not too sure how things work, but has read somewhere, that it is a good idea to have at least one browser, where javascript is disabled . maybe it has something to do with protecting against some of the nasties from those lovely sites
in linux, dillo is a neat browser, for various sites - and in windows, have a look at the offby1 browser
