So, we are headed for a hot dry summer according to the BOM.
No doubt all the required/recommended fuel reduction burns have been employed. All the tracks in the bush have been graded and are now open for firefighters. All the forest industry and its equipment is on standby ready to protect the bush. The CFA volunteers(or what is left of them after FFV has gutted the CFA in Vic,) have all their resources ready to meet what nature throws at them.
The Greens being the best tree huggers will have insisted that all of the above is in place.
Surely you can confirm the above has occurred.
Or maybe these responsible authorities/individuals are still in a coma as you suggest.
