What in particular did you find wrong with it? I do agree with the other comments some questions like 'are you are real company didn't need to be answered and perhaps the whose buying and whose selling explanation was a bit sub par.

Overall I thought it was good as it explained where the 300k went and why we are issuing script for legacy debt. When your getting to pay 2 to 10c in a dollar for your legacy debt then I can understand paying in script as it was due now.
