I have been "in" since the IPO and I have watched from the sidelines ever since. Our Chairman and Managing Director (T.D) has always been a concern for me. Seemingly young and brash, it was hard to decide whether he was confident or just over-confident. Well Ted .... you have definitely won me over. Your series of videos were outstanding. Informative .... professional .... honest. Clearly, there have been things that have not gone the way you expected them to .... that's business. You have explained how these can and are being remedied. Your recent video chats have certainly allowed us to get to know you a whole lot better!! Well done and good luck!!
