I prefer to think that sharing knowledge is a gift and as such I reckon that you should write down your experiences, it doesn’t have to be a book that you publish but a bit of a guide for those grandchildren would/could only help them in their journey.
My knowledge base for gardening is very small but one thing I’ve learned over time is how fickle gardening can be, as in I’ve had limited success in one garden bed and due to moving a kilometre or so away and trying the same thing I’ve not been able to raise a seedling above a few millimetres.
PS I hope you can put up a few pics of your garden efforts, I for one would like to see the fruits of your labour’s.
