    fyi,

    the main reason why HK doesn't follow any norm is because Chinese government has just recently granted mainland Chinese access to HK market, so all the retail investors just rush in and buy up, esp. all the Chinese companies like China mobile and China Oil.. local HKies are actually quite worried about it.
