Looks like a lot of money spent on legal fighting to date and now the question is, has OBM made further applications within the 14 day deadline or is it preparing for another appeal through to the WA Supreme Court again.
The Warden obviously doesn't like being over ruled by the Supreme Court, so I can't see any further application being lodged rather that OBM is straight back to the Supreme Court.
Certainly a case of a very slow roulette reel spinning and not knowing where the ball will land.
