well it's a very promising sign; to take the opposite view someone was clearly accumulating a lot of shares at 19. 19.5 and 20. The Sp has been pushed on on fairly think volume so it could be a bit of the same game; although once agin someone comes over the top, off market and pushes it back down. Hard to figure it out.
