and the level of discount was inexcusable. Not impressed at all. I understand Tribeca supported us early on but they have been rewarded by a massive return. No need to exclusively give them an ooportunitty to buy a huge chunk of shares at a 16% discount. in addition to retail i wonder if other institutional investors will be annoyed by this preferential treatment. anyways. nothing we can do about it now.
