IMO, when someone happy to buy the shares at 8c and expect the company to finance the project from bank and paying 15%+ interest. why dont someone borrow the money with significantly less interest rate (in aus or us) and get more return from it.
I personally take the money out of my offset and paying 3.99% to buy more on EI and on market.
