    I'm not too concerned that Xstrata didn't precipitate this time around as we have the big 3 running the show now, but I think you will find the Xstrata/Glencore did actually subscribed for 36,000,000 shares @ 7.5c for $2,7m in the Placement to Fast Track Pedra Branco on 16/10/2013. The change in substantial holders notice wasn't actually wasn't actually advised to the ASX until 16/05/2014
