Cap - Agree considering they virtually have been delivered the $ to implement the initial component.
Making a successful outcome of the remaining stages, $ & shareholder value (all/not some (SP and/or div)) needs to be the broad focused outcome going forward as this will be the ultimate measure
I still believe all is good and the current SP price under 10c could be mopped up in a day
