One must not underestimate the importance of signing such a credible global industry participant as Tokyo Gas after what would have been a prolonged period of extensive due diligence.

This announcement is a massive tick of approval in -

1. LNG as an energy source
2. The mid scale LNG concept
3. The Indonesian investment scene
4. The Sengkang gas reserves
5. The other EWC Asian projects
6. The financials of EWC and
7. The management of EWC.

There is no way that such an announcement would have been made, especially by a Japanese group, without the highest level of confidence that the necessary regulatory approvals will be met.

Don't get lost in the noise, keep a firm hand on the rudder and stay the course. Also, remember that line in the sand and stop looking in the rear view mirror - it is only just beginning!!!
