I have been saying for a long time that a CR is a good thing for MHM
I think MHM is undercapitalized and suggested a CR when the stock was 125 , and the fish were biting , but got howled down .
My other point however is that MHM forecast many many things with time frames they miss or fail to deliver on , then shelve .
Yes I own a few shares , because in the ST I think they might announce a few more deals , and try to get the SP up before a CR , or give shareholders a xmas present in the form of a friendly underwritten rights issue .
My strategy may be flawed , but thats the reason I bought a few at 90 .
