    You asked me what would I do if this was my client? I said I would not have sent him to that lender. I would never put my client in that position in the first place. I have never had a client that has a has an unconditional approval pulled a day before settlement. Its because we do our homework.

    No amount of "leverage" could get that deal done with NAB. The NAB employee was obviously in over his head in that position/or on drugs/ or whatever. My point is, just because you have shiny bank badge on your chest doesn't make you more qualified than a good broker. If I had $100 for every client that contacted me after getting stuffed around by a bank employee I would be able to fly the family around the world.

    One bedroom apartments in Melbourne sub 50 sqm are a terrible buy in the first place. in my opinion.

    House and land in Melbourne has been going crazy for the last five years. For first home buyers it has been a no brainer.
