I'm a mortgage broker. Frist post on here for years. Feel sorry for the kid because he went direct to the bank. That's why you see a good broker. First question I would have asked him when he tells me he is buying an apartment..... "Is it over 50sqm?" Would have saved him a whole lot of heartache.
