Seemed he tutored high schoolers and worked at Repco while studying at university. Good for him.
Also seems the loan was approved by the bank at one point and they reversed their decision. Looks like the bank would rather cop $41k + costs in compensation rather than have loan for a dodgy apartment on the books. Says a lot about their thoughts on where the market is headed.
