LBL is hardly cyclical. They restore worn metal surfaces better than new, up to ten times better than new in terms of durability, which is increasingly attracting heavy industry customers, including from overseas. If interested I would recommend reading their ann's covering last 2-3 years to learn how their business is developing. The Comp has been around a long time and is debt free.
