Last week a ROC spokesman was reported by Reuters on Thursday 24 may as saying:
"Antonio Vieira, Roc's representative for Africa, said its Massambala-1 well will be drilled within days in the Cabinda South onshore block, where it owns a 60 percent stake.
"We will spud the first well later this week," he told delegates at the United Nation's May 23-25 African Oil and Gas, Trade and Finance conference in Nairobi, Kenya."
Much later "this" week it would seem!! Shoulkd be soon anyway and as the first of up to 5 significant wells in Angola it should usher in an exciting time to be trading ROC.
