The 'easy' query 1st (swaam & ROMAN later) One can only be here now in the physical but the mind can be 'far away', as in day dreaming or sleep dreaming & that is why one is not supposed to wake up sleep walkers as there is a possibility that the real them (the mind/soul connection thing) will not return to reunite with the physical. Give this some thought & whether you believe it or not is up to you, & only you. I only offer it up as an explanation which I believe, however I remain open & may change my mind any tic of the clock.

All religions have their roots in The Ancient Wisdom & all have very good points, ways of live etc, however the interpretation of these teachings is open to violent abuse- an excuse for a war etc. Buddhism which some call a religion, others a way of live has some marvellous things to say but I do not follow any religion as such.

Science is actually slowly confirming various aspects of The Ancient Wisdom as science it gets to the root of the matter. For example science has broken down physical matter atoms, neutrons, etc down to the smallest particle of matter which is a photon. A photon is a measurement of light. So it follows does it not that all matter is made up of light energy. Please correct me if I am wrong here as I have been on hotcop too long & I am about 3 years behind on my 'matter learning'.
