Oilman it's worth a punt just because of the discount applied for the OKAP connection. Look at ZAM. About $10mil MC and years away from production in Zambia. So KAB 'should' be atleast $10mil MC but it's not. That's just about ticking boxes.

Ramp up production.
It wont all go to plan. But aslong as delays are minimal, these events will re-rate the sp to atleast ZAM levels. Double your money aint bad.
I don't think it's some kind of rort. Noble wouldn't get involved for nothing. But I don't think much profit will flow to shareholders once loan is paid down and salaries paid.
And they are only trying to prove up a resource that last 6-7years. So the PE ratio wont be huge.
